To return an item from our store, please read the following instructions very carefully:
Q. What item(s) can I NOT return?
All jewelry, limited edition, stickers/decals, car seat covers, "oopsies", and dirty/hairy dog clothing item(s) are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. Worn, used, damaged, or dirty products may not be returned. You must have completed a Return Form before sending your return in.
Q. How long do I have to return an item from your store?
You have 30 days from the item(s) original delivery date to return an item for store credit or a refund. Anything returned after the 30 day expiration date that has not been previously approved will not be eligible for store credit or a refund and may be rejected.
Q. How long will it take to receive my store credit or refund?
Your store credit or refund will be issued once we receive your return(s).
Q. What is your policy on returning dog clothing?
We understand that finding the perfect fit for your doggy online can be challenging, and do our very best to cater to you and your pup's needs by providing detailed measurements and sizing charts under the description of our dog clothing products. Clean and completely hair-free dog clothing may be returned for store credit or a refund.
Q. Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not deduct or charge restocking fees.
Q. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We will cover the return shipping for your item if it meets the following criteria:
- Your return was not a sale item.
- You did not receive free shipping on your order.
- You are returning your item for store credit.
- You are returning only one item.
- You are returning from within the United States.
We will also cover the return shipping for customers who have received the wrong product from us.
You will need to cover the return shipping costs if:
- Your return is for a refund, not store credit.
- You received free shipping on your order.
- Your return was a sale item.
- You are returning multiple items.
- You are returning internationally.
Q. Do I get my shipping costs refunded or credited as well?
No, unfortunately not. We will give you a full refund or credit for the cost of the item.
Q. How do I send my return back?
1. Fill out and submit the return form below.
2. Send your return back using USPS to:

(Do not use FedEx and UPS- they do not deliver to PO boxes and your return will get sent back to you.)
3. Once we receive your return(s), we will issue you a store credit or refund in the form of your original payment. We do not refund or credit your original shipping charges, only the cost of the item itself. Once we reimburse you, we will email you a confirmation of your refund or store credit. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used as long as you have an account on our website. Refunds will be given in the form of your original payment, PayPal.
