Return Policy

You have 30 business days to return an approved item to us for a refund or store credit. Due to our changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.


RESTRICTED ITEMS
• Stickers
• Final sale
• Personalized or custom
• Made-to-Order
• Dirty, used, soiled, or hairy
• Oopsies or imperfect

Free Returns

We offer one free return for store credit or a refund on approved garments per domestic order.


TO QUALIFY
1) No coupon code or promo was used when you placed your order (exception is if this is your first return)
2) Your return was not part of a sale or discount promotion (exception is if this is your first return)
3) You are in the United States


REIMBURSEMENT
STORE CREDIT (Recommended) will be issued in full in 1-3 business days after receiving your return
REFUNDS will be issued in 1-3 business days after receiving your return (not including your original shipping fees)

Regular Returns

For item(s) that do not qualify for a free return.


RETURN METHODS
• Request a pre-paid printable Return Label via email (price will be deducted from your reimbursement)
• Request a pre-paid Return Mailer in the mail (price for label, return shipping fee, and original shipping fee will be deducted from your reimbursement)

• Use your own shipping solution to return an item (no fee but original shipping fee will not be reimbursed)


REIMBURSEMENT

STORE CREDIT will be issued in 1-3 business days after receiving your return
REFUNDS will be issued in 1-3 business days after receiving your return

• Return shipping fees will be deducted from your reimbursement total
• Original shipping fees will not be reimbursed
