Returns

To return an item from our store, please read the following instructions very carefully. Failure to follow these return instructions can result in a delayed return process, your return being denied and sent back to you, or more complications. 

Q. What item(s) can I NOT return?
All jewelry, limited edition, stickers/decals, car seat covers, "oopsies", and dog clothing item(s) are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. Worn, used, damaged, or dirty products may not be returned. You must have completed a Return Form before sending your return in.

Q. How long do I have to return an item from your store?
You have no more than 7 business days from the item(s) original delivery date to return an item for store credit or a refund. Anything returned after the 7 day expiration date that has not been previously approved will not be eligible for store credit or a refund and may be sent back to you. 

Q. How long will it take to receive my store credit or refund?
Your store credit or refund will be issued once we receive your return(s).

Q. What is your policy on returning dog clothing?
All dog clothing, unless otherwise stated, is NON-RETURNABLE. We understand that finding the perfect fit for your doggy online can be challenging, and do our very best to cater to you and your pup's needs by providing detailed measurements and sizing charts under the description of our dog clothing products. If you still have questions or concerns about a product's sizing before committing to making a purchase, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help!

 

RETURN POLICIES

• Returns will only be accepted within 7 business days from the original delivery date.

• Jewelry, FINAL SALE, worn or used products, items with missing tags, damaged items, dog clothing, car seat covers, "oopsies", and limited edition items cannot be returned. Please double check the description of our products carefully so that you know everything about the item you are ordering. We note in the description if an item is non-returnable or final sale. 

• All returns must be in clean, unworn, undamaged condition with all original tags intact. We understand that all, or most, of our customers have furry friends at home, so please make sure that any products you are returning are completely fur & hair-free and clean!

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We can provide an USPS return shipping label for domestic customers for a flat rate of $6.65 in our Return Form. 

• You can pick whether you want store credit or a refund for your return(s).

DOMESTIC RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
• If you opted for an USPS return label on your Return Form, we will email it to you within 24 hours.

• If you opted to take care of the return postage yourself on your Return Form, please send your return to:

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• All returns must be in unworn condition.

• Do not send your return as priority or express mail to avoid high shipping charges.

• Do not send your return through FedEx or UPS; they do not ship to PO BOXES.
