Shipping

How long does it take for orders to be shipped?

It may take us 2-14 business days to ship your package out.

Can I get a rush shipment or insurance on my package?

It's possible, but please contact us before or directly after placing your order so we can let you know if we're able to provide the service for you.

Do I get tracking for my package?

Absolutely. All orders, no matter how big or small, receive a tracking number that should update within 48 business hours after being assigned.

How are packages shipped?

Orders are shipped either by UPS or USPS as ground mail or priority mail.

Am I responsible for customs, duties, or taxes for international orders?

Yes, any additional international fees are the responsibility of the customer.

My package got returned to you. What do I do?

If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund you for your order minus a 10% restocking fee and not including the original shipping fee. If you'd like your package shipped out a second time, please contact us and we will create a new shipping invoice for you.

My package is missing. What do I do?

Always refer to your tracking number first to see where your package is located. If your tracking number states that your package has been delivered, you will need to follow the steps provided by the shipping carrier. Click here for the USPS article on missing packages, or click here for the UPS article on missing packages. Please note, we do not reimburse stolen packages. If your tracking number states your package was lost in transit, we will ship out a new package for you or issue you a full refund or store credit.

How do I send a return back to you?

Please note, FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes.

Do you accept returns?

On most items, yes. Items not available for return are: stickers, oopsies, products on sale or part of a BOGO deal, custom or personalized products, used or dirty products.

How are returns reimbursed?

We issue store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds for returns.

When will I receive my store credit for my return?

We will issue your store credit once we receive and process your return.
