Return Policy

You have 30 business days to return an approved item to us for a refund or store credit. Due to our changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges. Returns must be in original packaging with all tags attached in unworn condition.

• Dirty, used, soiled, or hairy
• Oopsies or imperfect

• Jewelry
• Dog Clothing (dog tees, dog hoodies, dog bandanas, dog raglans)
• Just Pay Shipping Items

For approved returns, you can send your return back using your own shipping solution, or we can email you a printable label (the price of this will be deducted from your refund total). 

When a return is received, we will issue a Store Credit or Refund in the form of the original payment. Original shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
