This is a monthly subscription meaning you will be charged via the same payment method every month on the same date. You will receive one surprise unisex t-shirt per month. 

We ask for your unisex t-shirt size and if you are a 'Dog Mom' or 'Dog Dad' when you subscribe. Typically, we will not send feminine prints or colors for 'Dog Dads' unless you contact us and let us know you are fine with receiving them. 

There is a risk you may not like something you receive and monthly tees are not returnable, refundable, or able to be exchanged. Please only subscribe with this in mind.

We will do our best to consider your past purchases when you subscribe so we do not send you duplicate products. If you do receive a duplicate, contact us and we will fix it for you.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for monthly t-shirts; however, one free exchange will be allowed once a customer has been subscribed for a minimum of 6 months.
