Return Policy

You have 30 business days to return an approved item to us for a refund or store credit. Due to our changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.

• Final sale
• Personalized or custom
• Made-to-Order
• Dirty, used, soiled, or hairy
• Oopsies or imperfect

Free Returns

We offer one free return for store credit or a refund on approved garments per domestic order.


TO QUALIFY
1) No coupon code or promo was used when you placed your order (exception is if this is your first return)
2) Your return was not part of a sale or discount promotion (exception is if this is your first return)
3) You are in the United States


INSTRUCTIONS FOR FREE RETURN
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to the 'Orders' tab on your account dashboard and select 'Return Items?'
3. Submit your return request 
4. Check your email within 48 hours for your printable return label
5. Print your label and secure to the outside of your return mailer
6. Drop off your return in any outgoing USPS box or hand off to your local USPS mail carrier


IMPORTANT
• Only use a lightweight poly mailer or bag to return your item
• Do not use a padded or bubble mailer, box, flat-rate mailer, or priority envelope


WHAT'S NEXT?
When your return is received, we will reimburse you the price you paid for the item, not including your original shipping cost.

GET A RETURN LABEL

Don't have easy access to a shipping provider? We can send you a pre-paid printable return shipping label. The price of the shipping label will be deducted from your store credit or refund. The total deduction will depend on what you are returning but will not exceed the shipping price you paid when placing your order (the exception is if you received free shipping).
