Free Returns Policy

Your item must be eligible for return. The following items are non-returnable:
-stickers
-oopsie or imperfect sale products
-made-to-order
-personalized/custom
-used, dirty, hairy products

  • You must be a customer within the United States - our Free Returns policy does not apply to international customers
  • One free return per order
  • Returns are reimbursed with store credit or an exchange
  • Follow the Return Instructions to start the return process

What item(s) are non-returnable?

Stickers, oopsies, imperfect items, custom, made-to-order, personalized, used or dirty items are not elligible for return.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 30 business days from the delivery date to return an item.

Do you do exchanges?

Yes, we do. We offer one free exchange per order. You'll be able to select "Exchange" as your return reimbursement when you fill out your return form.

How are returns reimbursed?

You will have the choice of store credit or one free exchange.

When will I receive my reimbursement?

Please allow us a few days to process and reimburse your return once it has been delivered to us.

Do I have to pay to return something?

We offer one free return per order for domestic customers. After you submit your Return Form, we will email you a printable pre-paid return label so you can send your item back to us free of charge.

Do I get my original shipping reimbursed when I return something?

No, we do not issue reimbursement for your original shipping fees.

What will I need in order to return something?

-Access to a printer in order to print out the pre-paid return label
-A poly mailer
-Access to USPS

International Returns

If you are a customer outside of the United States, you may send your return back to us for a refund or store credit, not including your original shipping or return shipping cost(s).

Packaging your return

To prepare your return, you must use a poly mailer (like the one your package arrived in).

When sending your return back to us, do not use any of the following:
-Carboard box of any kind
-Cardboard envelope
-Padded mailer
-Flat Rate mailer
-FedEx or UPS mailer

1. Make sure your return is dog hair free
2. Place your return in your mailer
3. Print and secure your pre-paid label on the outside of your package with tape

Shipping your return

Ways to ship out your return:
-Hand off to your USPS mail carrier
-Schedule a pick up (see usps.com)
-Drop off in any outgoing USPS mail box
-Drop off at your local post office

What comes next

Give us a few days after your return has been delivered so we can process and reimburse you. You'll get an email when your account is issued credit if you selected "store credit" as reimbursement on your Return Form. If you selected "exchange", your new shipment will be on the way shortly after processing your return.
