MY ORDER FAQ

Orders typically take up to 14 business days to be shipped. Every order is printed and prepared individually, so timelines can vary — which means we’re not able to offer exact ETAs outside of our standard processing window.
You may view the status of your order by logging into your Urban Suburban Apparel account and clicking on Orders. Check your order status by clicking on the order.


When your order has been shipped, a clickable tracking link will appear in your order information.


Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when

1. Your order has been received/placed or

2. Your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.


If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your spam folder and email spam filter.

    1. Select UrbanSuburbanApparel.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
    2. To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to your account to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.

As a reminder, orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped.

If your order has been cancelled, please:

• Contact your financial institution to verify your payment method
• Check your e-mail for a possible explanation (ie out of stock notification)

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to edit your order.

Order Successfully Placed

Your order has been received and is now in our system. Our team is getting ready to start working on it behind the scenes.


Order Being Printed & Assembled

This is the stage your order will likely be in the longest — and that’s a good thing! We’re carefully printing, assembling, and preparing everything with love to make sure it’s just right before it ships.


Shipped

Great news — your order has left us and is on the way! Be sure to check your email for your tracking link so you can follow its journey.


Manual Verification Required

We need a little more information before we can move forward with your order. Please keep an eye on your email — our team will reach out with the details we need.


Partially Shipped

Your order is coming in multiple shipments. As each package goes out, you’ll receive a separate email with its tracking information.
