The UrbSub Rewards Program Has Ended

Our customer rewards program officially ended on January 10, 2025.

Rewards points are no longer active and cannot be redeemed.

If you’re visiting this page because you tried to use points at checkout, this is the most important information: points cannot be applied to orders, and we’re unable to reinstate or redeem them manually.

Can I Still Use My Points?

No. As of January 10, 2025, rewards points are inactive and can no longer be redeemed.

Points cannot be:

• Redeemed

• Reissued

• Reinstated

• Converted to store credit

• Applied manually to an order

During the transition period, some customers may have temporarily continued to see points appear in their account or may have been able to redeem points for a short time while the rewards system was being phased out and fully disabled across our store.

This was part of a technical wind-down process and did not extend the official end date of the rewards program. As of January 10, 2025, the program ended and points are no longer redeemable.

You may still come across printed materials, flyers, packaging inserts, or other marketing pieces that reference our rewards program. Some of these materials were produced before the program ended and may still be circulating while older inventory and printed materials are phased out.

These references do not indicate that the rewards program is still active. The program ended on January 10, 2025.

I didn’t see the email notice. Can you make an exception?

We’re unable to make exceptions after the program ended on January 10, 2025.

Can you manually apply points to my order?

No. The rewards system has been retired and points can’t be applied manually.

Will the rewards program come back?

We may introduce new promotions or perks in the future, but there is no active rewards program at this time.

I see points in my account. Why can’t I use them?

Some accounts may still display points as part of cached or leftover account data. Points are inactive and cannot be redeemed.

The UrbSub Rewards Program was a promotional loyalty program offered at our discretion. Rewards points had no cash value, were not transferable, and could only be redeemed while the program was active. As outlined in our rewards program terms, UrbSub reserved the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program. Following the program’s retirement on January 10, 2025, all rewards points became permanently inactive and cannot be redeemed, reinstated, converted to store credit, or applied to orders.
